Privacy Policy
// ROJIRAKU — Last updated: October 24, 2026
Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") sets out below how user information is handled in the iOS / Android app "ROJIRAKU" (the "App"). A list of the information sent, where it goes, and why is on Handling of User Information.
$ Information we collect
We do not collect information that identifies you. However, the following information may be collected by a third-party service built into the App.
- Advertising data: The App shows banner ads using Pangle (an advertising platform operated by Bytedance). The Pangle SDK starts only after you answer the ad choice described below, and for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention it may collect device identifiers (the Android advertising ID, or the iOS IDFA only if you allow it in App Tracking Transparency), your IP address and the approximate location inferred from it (country, region, or city), device information such as model, OS version, and language, interactions such as ad views and taps, and diagnostics such as crashes and performance, and may share them with advertising partners that take part in bidding. Until you answer, the ad SDK collects nothing and requests no ads. See the Pangle End User Data Privacy Policy for details.
$ Information stored on your device
To remember your play, the App stores your stars for each stage, the circuits you built (including unfinished ones), the parts you made, whether you have seen How to Play, and your ad choice only on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. This data is erased by Reset Progress in Settings (except the ad choice) or by deleting the App. On Android, if device backup (Google backup) is on, your play data may be included in the backup (the ad choice is not).
$ Information we do not collect
- Name, email address, or anything else that identifies you (there are no accounts)
- Location from the device's location services such as GPS (the App does not request location permission)
- Access to contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
$ Ads and your ad choice
The App is free and shows a banner ad at the bottom of the home screen and the stage list. No ads are shown on the board while you build circuits. The App does not use full-screen (interstitial) ads or rewarded video ads.
On Android, the first launch asks "May we show ads based on your interests (personalized ads)?" with a link to this policy. On iOS, the first launch shows the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; if you allow tracking, personalized ads start as "Allow", otherwise as "Don't allow".
- Until you answer: the ad SDK does not start and no ads are requested.
- Allow: ads, including personalized ads, are shown.
- Don't allow: ads are shown but not personalized (the Pangle SDK is told there is no consent to personalized ads).
You can change this at any time from Settings (top right of the home screen) → Ad settings, and the change takes effect immediately. On iOS, the App's Ad settings and ATT are separate settings. In regions where the law requires consent, such as the EEA and the UK, the App asks in the same way and passes your choice to the Pangle SDK.
$ Advertising identifiers and opting out
On both platforms you can stop personalized ads at any time by choosing "Don't allow" in Ad settings. On Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID, or turn off personalized ads, from the Ads section of your device settings (Google ad settings). On iOS, the Pangle SDK can access the IDFA only if you allow tracking in ATT, which you can change at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. While tracking is not allowed, ads stay non-personalized even if you choose "Allow" in Ad settings.
$ Third-party services
- Pangle — ad delivery
$ Children
The App is designed for a wide range of ages, including teenagers. It is not designated as a children's app, and ads are delivered with age-appropriate content. Parents can stop personalized ads in Ad settings as described above.
$ Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page. Significant changes will also be announced in an app update.
